Founded in India in 2026 by Devina Naik after five years of product design across AXA, Aimigo, Dailymotion, Groupe SEB and Ius Laboris in Paris. The work runs from research and service blueprints to design systems and shipping interfaces.

Devina Naik
Devina is a UX, UI and service designer. Her work lives at the intersection of user convenience and a quietly playful simplicity — equally comfortable running stakeholder interviews with HR auditors and pixel-pushing onboarding flows for AI tutors.
She comes from a family that strongly believes in social causes and in giving back to communities. She wants to channel her creativity through design to bring people together, develop towards causes, and enhance everyday lifestyles.

Why we exist
A studio for the messy middle.
Most studios specialise in one slice — research, brand, or delivery. Concept Folie was founded to operate across all three, because the interesting problems usually live where those slices meet — and because that's the work Devina has always loved most.
The studio is small, focused and remote-first, which means we work with India-based founders building globally and global teams that want a designer in the time zone where things are moving.
