Ius Laboris HR Health Checker — website mockups across breakpoints
The Tools section of iuslaboris.com — HR Health Checker entry, audit request flow and the article-style results page.

The problem

Ius Laboris is a global alliance of HR & employment law firms. Their website was built around expertise — but expertise alone doesn't generate leads. They needed a way to let HR teams self-diagnose: are we compliant? Then route the worried ones to a paid HR audit.

What I did

  • Respected the existing layout system and UI chart, while introducing a new Tools section into the navigation menu.
  • Added movement (videos, structured page elements) for immersiveness and freshness without breaking the firm's authoritative tone.
  • Designed the Free HR Health Checker self-assessment flow — a guided questionnaire that surfaces gaps in non-compliance and missing HR practices.
  • Built the conversion path from free-check results → request a paid HR Audit.

What I took away

A lead-generation tool inside a serious B2B site has to walk a tightrope: it must be obviously useful and free, while not undermining the firm's authority. Restraint in motion and copy did most of the heavy lifting here.
